In Washington DC, we recently completed a construction project for a long-term customer that required additional equipment to be brought on site. Due to the project's unique requirements, we had to add a change order to acquire a spider lift and forklift to assist with the installation of new areas. This additional equipment allowed us to complete the work from the 3rd to the 8th floor, which included creating a new opening and constructing a top opening for a buck hoist.
The spider lift and forklift were necessary to safely and efficiently transport materials and workers to the higher floors of the building. With these tools, we were able to complete the installation of the additional areas in a timely manner, with minimal disruption to the building's daily operations.
