Temporary dry-in building wrap walls for hospital construction in Orlando, FL

Category: Medical

Size: 26,212 Square Feet

Job Story:

Global Wrap recently completed a project in Orlando, Florida at a major hospital for a prominent national contractor. We originally hired to install our temporary construction walls, but the scope of work quickly expanded as the project progressed.

After beginning to install our temporary construction walls, our crew was asked to wrap hoists, roof equipment, and install reinforcement cables to strengthen our system. Our crew also built framed equipment doors our of lumber and plywood, showcasing the versatility and skill of our team working in the field. All of our work was performed in tight areas filled with MEP and other subcontractors, requiring careful coordination and attention to detail throughout the installation process.

As always, our crew used our industry leading 12-mil fire-retardant shrink wrap, installed by our OSHA certified crew working from scissor lifts. The system provided a weather-tight solution for the client, keeping the inside of the building dry and allowing other trades to continue working without delay.

Global Wrap continues to deliver specialized temporary dry-in services nationwide, adapting to unique project conditions while keeping schedules on track. With decades of experience and a track record of complex projects nationwide, we offer more than just weather protection - we deliver solutions that save time, reduce risk, and keep schedules on track.
