Size: 19,200 Square Feet
Job Story:
This large construction project in Columbia, MO required a fast and effective temporary dry-in system to keep their interior protected during ongoing work. Global Wrap was brought in to install our temporary construction walls, providing reliable temporary weather protection to allow this project to keep its schedule on track.
The scope totaled 19,200 square feet of building containment throughout the entire building. During the project, the client requested additional sections to be wrapped for protection, and the addition of a large scale framed equipment door, and our crew adapted seamlessly to the additional requests. Working through heavily trafficked spaces around other subcontractors, our team maintained the necessary speed and efficiency that was required to keep the project moving forward.
As we do with all our exterior protection projects, we utilized our 12-mil fire-retardant shrink wrap to create a weather-tight building wrap system that delivered dependable weather protection. Despite the added work and challenging conditions, the installation was completed efficiently, allowing the interior to remain dry and construction to progress without delays.
