Global Wrap recently completed a challenging project in Bentonville, AR for a major Fortune 500 company's new office development. This high-profile project required our team to install a full building enclosure to keep construction moving through the winter.
From the beginning, our team had to be adaptable to changes. The client altered the planned installation method, and our crew quickly adjusted to ensure the job was completed efficiently, safely, and to the client's expectations. Working in high winds and harsh winter weather, our team had to secure and shrink our 12-mil FR plastic with precision to protect this building from the elements.
The jobsite itself was one of the busiest our team has encountered, with countless contractors working simultaneously. Our team carefully coordinated around scaffolding and other trades to ensure smooth installation without disrupting ongoing construction. To allow for accessibility, we installed multiple zipper access doors throughout the building, allowing other workers to move efficiently while maintaining the enclosure's weather protection abilities.
