Duties: 
 

​Develop, maintain, and optimize the Global Wrap website. Analyze website performance data, generate insightful analytics to help better understand visitors. Create and execute SEO strategy to improve the search performance and conversion. Using web analytics tools for tracking visitors’ online behaviors. Based on the analysis, optimize landing pages and come up with new landing page design ideas and conduct A/B tests; Develop and implement email strategy and campaign including content creation, template development, customer segmentation, contact strategy creation, content deliverability, test planning, and post-end analysis; Generate content across different media and platforms to increase engagement and provide value to General Contractor and UBC and the overall construction industry; Design marketing target tests in conjunction with the marketing leads, as well as provide analysis used to plan a promotional campaign. Create email and telemarketing lists with a high degree of accuracy. Create customer profiles by demographic and behavioral characteristics. Measure and assess customer; Measure and analyze performance of all digital marketing campaigns and optimize return on investment; Conduct construction industry research and competitive analysis; Cultivate successful partnerships with culturally and linguistically diverse cross-sections of vendors and customers.

Requirements:

 

Bachelors in Marketing or related, plus two years of experience in marketing strategy and strategic process and digital marketing campaigns. Stated experience should include experience with online marketing content creation, web analytics, SEO, SEM and marketing automation (iContact) and CRM. Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, targeting and A/B or multivariate testing is required.
