Question: How do I keep the trades working during the winter, while the steel structure is up, but there are no curtain walls to keep the heat in?
Solution: Global Wrap® invented the process for shrink wrapping steel structures for a drum tight, seamless, 12 mi,l fire retardant containment. It eliminates tarps blowing in the wind and it allows natural light in to save on electricity for lighting. The loss of heat and down time, delays in pourings more than pays for the containment. Question: How do I block off a section of a building to pour concrete in the winter, or have the trades work in that area?
Solution: Global Wrap® can install drum tight temporary walls. We can seal around bar joists, pipe racks and any other obstruction to keep the heat in.
Question: How do I eliminate the tarps blowing open or away from the scaffolding?
Solution: Global Wrap invented the process for shrink wrapping scaffolding. Again the containment can take high winds better than tarps due to it's drum tight and seamless qualities.
Question: How do I keep the trades working inside the structure when the roofer can't meet your schedule?
Solution: Global Wrap® developed the process for shrink wrapping roof decks. Our containment keeps the water out, due to the seamless aspects of the application. It is drum tight and resists high winds. Some roofing specs allows the roofer to then use the containment as a vapor barrier, so there is another savings.
