Global Wrap® Sales and Production Offices National Growth Program
Global Wrap® LLC is planning to open more company-owned offices in various parts of the United States. We are interviewing individuals who have sales experience in the construction and environmental markets to run these regional offices. If you own a construction business or a business that is related, all the better. You will be trained to scope out leads we send from the home office and also how to search out possible contracts in your region for large containments.
We will train a small crew of your own to work with our crews when they come in for the large containments. Our program will also allow you the opportunity to use your crew to shrink wrap boats, machinery, farm equipment, aircraft and other objects in your local area. We have formulated a profit sharing program that encourages the regional office to bring in daily income and possibly make a good living from shrink wrapping small objects.
It is the intention of Global Wrap® to structure a fair and profitable contract for the present and the future, we want our people to grow together, share crews and techniques, and help build the company to meet the growth pattern we have planned for over the next three years.
Safety is foremost with Global Wrap® and our regional offices will follow our procedures for using the materials and training people to install the containments. You will be required to send your personnel through safety courses specified by the home office. We will expect day to day attention to building the region, so if this is not possible due to your present business or circumstances, there is no need to contact us. We expect financial responsibilities for the growth of the regional office, meaning the ability to provide a small office and warehouse for sales and mobilizations, a presentable crew cab truck with GW logo and a small 10' logoed enclosed trailer. All insurances and workers comp policies will be required for the small applications, GW home office will cover larger contracts. All personnel will wear the GW apparel when making sales calls and installations. All leads will be sent to them from the home office, we have set procedures for marketing and response.
We are not interested in cowboys, or get rich quick artists. We are interested in financially sound, ethical individuals that will respect our 29 years of experience and innovations. We are not interested in high pressure sales people. Our experience and service sells itself and our repeat customers proves this point.
If you feel you can meet these basic points, please contact us.
