Winter Concrete Pours Are Now Possible
Worcester Medical Center, Worcester, MA
When the general contractor was faced with a schedule delay for pouring the concrete, due to winter settling in, they called Global Wrap in to design a dome spanning 225'W x 600'L. We accomplished the containment dome in two weeks and the pouring began immediately, keeping the job on schedule.

Over Spray Protection
Baltimore Waste Water Treatment Plant
The contractor needed a controlled environment for spray painting the interior walls of the waste water tank. This tank was 300' across and 35' high. Global Wrap designed a circular dome to encapsulate the walls in a Class 1 Environmental Containment. Over the years we have designed domes for many industries. Chemical Plant, Delaware
Global Wrap® was called in by a soil reclamation company working at a chemical plant with a polluted stream running the entire length of the plant. Safety concerns were extremely high due to the pollutants in the water. Anything dropped in stayed. Working with lifts, various tubing and fasteners, Global Wrap built this dome running over 400' and winding in and around obstacles in only four weeks.

Chrysler Plant, Oklahoma
When a tornado ripped through a small Oklahoma city and took part of the roof off the Chrysler Plant, Global Wrap® was brought in by the insurance carrier to dome over the opening.

Right after Hurricane Katrina went through New Orleans, the Intercontinetal Hotel's glass mezzine dome was damaged beyond repair. Global Wrap® was brought in to solve the containment problem.
