While Global Wrap® does not encapsulate or remove contaminated materials, GW is contracted by the environmental company for the containment only. Our job is to install the environmental enclosure or containment without disturbing the asbestos or lead. Understanding the scope of the job is the first step to success. Many times, the GC or PM understand the big picture and try to ramrod their scheduled expectations through by pressuring the subcontractors to speed up production. This could jeopardize the environmental containments.  Global Wrap is the leader in environmental containments and won't succumb to impossible scheduling expectations over success of the containment. What we will do when the scope changes, or unforeseen circumstances arise, we stick by our client while minimizing the change order. We do not guarantee temporary environmental containments and for good cause, mostly having to do with contractors piercing the containment.
