Global Wrap® is hiring competent people for installations across America. If you are experienced your hourly rate will start according to your experience and leadership. If you have no experience, but have worked in construction and are prepared to join a team using high lifts, you are welcome to apply. You must be able to speak and understand English for safety. We pay well, give per diems, and travel pay. We respect our employees as much as our clients. Our EMR is 0.95, which means we are a work safe company that puts safety before profits. There is a lot of overtime, but we don't believe in working hours that would jeopardize safety and we prefer Sundays off, when possible. If you have the mentality of just putting in hours with little results or responsibility, we are not fom you. We want people who are proud of being a part of Global Wrap and want to produce the kind of quality production that can go on our website. Drug tests are mandatory, as well as lift safety training and other OSHA programs for safety. If you have these safety programs, all the better, if not, we will provide the training.
Be prepared to work away from home, sometimes a few weeks, sometimes a month at a time, but we also understand that after that long, a person has earned the right to go home for a week. We want people that understand team work, and scheduling, but are also safety conscious. Cell phones are not welcomed on the job site and having a clean site mentality is a must. We do not want people who don't understand team work or being part of a company that cares about them. We won't tolerate a one way street mentality. We don't baby sit and we don't get involved with never ending personal problems. If you are looking for a future, and understand what we are looking for, this just might be your opportunity.
